what causes it?
A rift behind anus occurs as a result of the passage of large, hard stool which pulls the layer of the anus beyond its threshold. A fissure on the front is usually produced by a stretch on the perineum during delivery and, rarely, the trail that tells the path from the scar tissue. What are its symptoms?

How is it treated?
If the tear is superficial and no hemorrhoids have developed, then the doctor can numb the area with a local anesthetic and pull the muscles of the suppressor's muscles with your fingers. If Fisher has created complications, then surgery may be required to remove some tissue and relax the muscles.
